As demand for our training programmes continues to grow, ISTC is expanding its network of freelance instructors across a number of specialist disciplines.

We are looking for experienced, qualified professionals who can bring real-world knowledge, strong delivery skills and a commitment to high training standards.

Freelance Specialised Instructors – Forklift & Cherry Picker Operations

We are seeking instructors with experience in forklift and MEWP/cherry picker operations.

Candidates should have:

• Valid Forklift Operator certification
• Valid Cherry Picker Operator certification
• A minimum of 3–5 years’ practical operating experience
• Previous experience delivering forklift training, ideally
• A Train-the-Trainer qualification from RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or an equivalent body, or a willingness to obtain one
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to deliver both classroom-based training and practical assessments
• Fluency in Maltese and English
• Freelance Specialised Fire Training Instructors

We are also looking for experienced fire training professionals with relevant certifications and operational backgrounds in one or more of the following areas:

• Aviation
• Maritime
• Offshore

Freelance Instructors – Additional Disciplines
