THEORY CONTENT

Training needs analyses, preparing and presenting practical and theory training, use of training aids, the psychology of learning, safety in training, responsibilities of a trainer, responsibilities of a trainer, preparing and conducting assessments.

PRACTICAL

Preparing and presenting  a short presentation, or training session.

ASSESSMENT

On-going assessment of performance, followed by debrief of presentation.
